Working Procedure:
1. Use water or detergent to clean dirt on the surface of decorative product.
2. Immerse paper into water 30 seconds or so, then fixing paper will absorb water enough and can be separated from water transfer paper, finally taking up the whole paper from water.
3. Put the whole water transfer printing paper onto the surface of ornamental product, abstract the fixing paper after the water transfer printing paper having been fixed the position that you want to do.
4. Put tissue or soft cloth to squeeze water and bubble, meanwhile, relying on the electric wind machine to accelerate drying.
5. Large dimension, the lm fiche can be available and usable to remove water under film.
6. From what they have been mentioned above, place materials or components in oven. Temperature & baking curling time is different with different material.
Generally speaking, the baking temperature is from 60 degrees to 80 degrees,and curling time is 30 minutes or so.
